Sydney-based artist Dennis Del Favero is known for his immersive video installations and photographic series, drawing upon real-life instances of trauma amnesia and phantasy.

Del Favero explores the application of new technologies to create evocative works of art that explore historical events and psychological states. With a background in theatre and video production, and a sophisticated understanding of lighting and image construction, he uses digital technology to create immersive installations and photo-based works. Del Favero is an Artist in Resident at ZKM, and editor of the ZIP Digital Arts Edition series and the Interactive Cinema Edition.

Del Favero has held solo exhibitions in venues such as Sprengel Museum Hannover, Münchner Stadtmuseum Munich, ViaFarini Milan and Neue Galerie Graz.
