Under the artistic directorship of Neil Armfield, Company B has won numerous Australian theatre awards for the quality and innovation of its artistic season. Most recently it won nine Sydney Theatre Awards for its 2007 productions of Toy Symphony, The Seed and Exit the King.

Along with a program which includes a mixture of new and classic Australian plays, new writing for performance from abroad and new interpretations of classic international drama, the company continues to provide a platform for Indigenous artists and stories with works which reflect a diversity of cultural backgrounds and experiences.
